REFUND POLICY Resilient Hope, a project of Integrity Multi Media, LLC Last updated: October 2, 2026 OUR PROMISE If a course isn't right for you, you can have your money back. Just ask within 30 days of the day you bought it. HOW TO ASK Email jenny@jennyleavitt.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please use the email address you bought with, and tell me which course it was. You don't have to explain why. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT I'll refund the full price you paid, including any tax that was added, to the card or payment method you used. Payments are handled by Stripe, so the money usually appears within about 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Once a refund is made, your access to that course ends. WHICH PRODUCTS THIS COVERS Resilient: How to Navigate Grief While Holding Onto Your Hope in Christ (paid). How to Overcome Loneliness in Grief is free, so there is nothing to refund.
